An email from Marc Ribot

I’m very excited about getting an email from one of, if not, my favorite guitarist, Marc Ribot. He’s been using a Fuzz-Stang in the studio recently and is diggin’ it. Most recently he’s been putting it to use with his own band, Ceramic Dog, which I can’t wait to hear.

Bill Frisell and Vinicius Cantuaria are interviewed in the May 2011 issue of Guitar Player Magazine regarding their latest release, Lagrimas Mexicanos. Bill is asked about the “really intense fuzz sounds” on the album and he mentions getting them with the Fuzz-Stang!
